About the Practitioner

My name is Linda Anderson. I am a licensed massage therapist in West Virginia.

I have completed 1200 hours of massage training at James Rumsey Technical Institute in Hedgesville, WV. Training included an 11 month program consisting of Swedish/classic massage, deep tissue massage, and hot stone massage therapies. I have worked with over 70 clients in a classroom clinical setting perfecting my practice. I have graduated with honors from the Technical Honor Society and was Valedictorian of my massage class.

I currently practice at Seven Moons Wellness Shop as well as in The Renaissance Spa at The Country Inn of Berkeley Springs. I have worked on many, many others with modalities including Swedish, Hot Stone, and Deep Tissue. Menu prices differ at both locations.

I've always been interested in massage, from even before I graduated high school but things in life had always seemed to come first. It was after one of my daughter's T-ball games that I saw the sign out front of James Rumsey Technical Institute in 2013, that I decided no more excuses. I applied, at first balancing my employment at Quad Graphics as part time, a family, and school full time before focusing completely on school and family. I was rewarded for my hard work with the highest grades, an induction in the Honor Society, and the tools I needed to develop my career.

I vow to bring you a session as individualized as you, at the highest standard by continuously updating my education with the latest information available. Everyone is different and I know that massage protocols are not a one fits all and need to be personalized to fit each person.
